When you hold the power button on the top of your Treo Pro long enough, you'll see a dark Treo image and a little sound indicating that you've enabled Flight Mode. In Flight Mode, all radios are disabled (Bluetooth, WiFi and also GSM/UMTS phone):
Holding the power button again will disable flight mode and activate the radio again:
