Quick Update: there's an improved version 1.3 released today (Winterface 1.3.1) that fixes some bugs found in the original 1.3 release. More details here: iWindowsMobile blog. You can get the new version from the same link below, just redownload the file and you're up to date.

Great news from Vito Technology: the long awaited release of Winterface 1.3 mobile shell has been released, with new skin and new features like full screen toggle:

Vito Winterface is a very nice Today screen replacement. It is perhaps not so popular as Spb Mobile Shell yet, but that might change. Today, Vito Technology has released a small update as version 1.2 (or 1.20 since last official version was 1.15). There are not so much new things at first sight, but there's at least one significant improvement over previous versions: it runs fine on the Treo Pro!

The Wireless today plugin that links to the Comm Manager on your Palm Treo Pro is provided by HTC. On most HTC devices you can disable and/or rearrange it, however on the Treo Pro it is not in the list of today plugins.

Using a registry editor (or Total Commander) you can go to HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Today\Items\"Wireless". There you'll find a dword Enabled=1, set this to 0 to disable the Wireless plugin.
